1. How long does shipping take?

We ship from our partner warehouses in Asia using fast, tracked delivery services. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days across Europe.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is processed.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across Europe. If you’re located outside the EU, contact us before placing an order.

 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

4. Is the jump starter safe to use?

Yes — our jump starters include built-in protections against short circuits, reverse polarity, overcurrent, and overheating.

They comply with international battery safety standards.


5. Does the dashcam include all 3 cameras?

Yes — our 3-channel dashcam includes:

  • Front camera
  • Interior (cabin) camera
  • Rear camera with cable

It supports loop recording, night vision, and includes G-sensor & parking mode features.

 

6. Do I need to install anything?

No professional installation needed. All our products are plug-and-play with simple instructions included.

The dashcam and tire inflator are ready to use out of the box.

 

7. Do you offer tracking for every order?

Yes. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is sent to your email once your package is processed and on its way.

 

8. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase.

After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

 

9. Are these products beginner-friendly?

Yes. Every product is designed to be easy to use, even if you’re not a car expert.
